Mind Training for Everyone℠
Mind Training for Everyone℠ is a program developed by Patrick Briody derived from the renowned Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. The intention of the program, as it name indicates, is to make mindfulness training accessible to a broad spectrum of individuals. The program consists of modules that are scheduled in four week lengths. Each class is held for 90 minutes. The program easily fits into the busy lifestyles of most people, while still providing for the appropriate intensity to insure each participant has the opportunity for deep experiential practice.
Who is the program for?
Anyone who has that nagging feeling that they could be living more fully and more happily. The program is suitable for those who have had no previous experience with mindfulness training, as well as those with some experience. It's fairly common for people to attend who have either read about mindfulness or meditation, or possibly tried to develop a practice on their own, but not been successful. Through attending this program, participants develop a clear understanding of mindfulness, both as a formal training, and most importantly, how it can be brought into daily life when it's most needed.
Be more focused at work, school or sports. Be more awake and flexible in your relationships. Feel happier and more in control of how you respond to everyday challenges.
