The renowned and extensively researched 8 week course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.  Read more about MBSR by clicking on this sentence.  

The course includes a required orientation session on Apr 8th at 7pm EDT.  Classes 1 through 8 are held each Wednesday evening from April 22 - June 10 from 7pm to 9pm EDT online via live video. There is a day of practice held on Saturday May 30 from 10am to 2pm EDT.
